Serena Ravera graduated in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics at the University of Bari in 2009; from October 2007 to December 2009 she provided outpatients services under supervision at the Department of Oral Pathology and Medicine, Odontostomatology and Oral Surgery Unit, Policlinic of Bari.
She completed her Specialisation Diploma in Orthodontics (with honours) at the University of Turin in 2012.
From 2007 to 2013 she took part in national professional update courses and conventions, among which theoretical-practical courses about conservative dentistry and occlusal modelling, implantology and oral surgery. In the last few years she has concentrated on orthodontics (Invisalign system, Twin block, Cannon technique, functional devices, and skeletal anchorage with mini-implants).
She is currently collaborating with the Department of Orthodontics at the Dental School of the University of Turin.
She works as a freelance consultant focusing specifically on orthodontics and paediatric dentistry.
